- D R Handloom is a homegrown Indian brand that creates and sells handcrafted home décor, macrame products, ceramic bells, torans, and festive decorations.
- All products are handmade; slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur — this is a mark of uniqueness, not a defect.

- All prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable GST (usually 12% or 18%) unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payments via secure methods like Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and sometimes Cash on Delivery (COD) based on availability.
- An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email or message is sent.

- We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
- Dispatch time: 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery delays caused by courier issues, festivals, or natural factors are not under our control, but we’ll assist with tracking and updates.

- Since our products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns for minor imperfections or change of mind.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- - Product is damaged during transit (with proper unboxing video proof)
- - Wrong item delivered

- Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- We may offer store credit or an exchange, based on case-by-case approval.
